What to Expect
Prior to our first meeting, I need you to complete a Questionnaire and Food Log. You can find these forms under the Documents Tab above. This form asks a lot of questions about how you live, what your life history has been, what stressors you encounter, what symptoms you feel, what diagnosed conditions you have, what medications you take and what kind of foods you eat regularly. The questionnaire also assists with identifying potential areas of weakness in your body’s systems.
Our first meeting will include reviewing the questionnaire together in order to clarify the information you have provided and get to know you as a person. Based on the information I receive, I try to identify areas of weakness in the physical body and provide advice about how to improve function. You can expect to meet with me a few times after the initial appointment to review your progress, adapt or expand on your protocols etc.
It is important to note: I am not a medical doctor or able to provide mental/psychological evaluation. I can not diagnose, prescribe medication or intervene medically. If you are under medical supervision, I do not recommend that you disregard the advice of your physician.
